To register for the conference, with or without a presentation, please fill in the on-line Registration Form. The link to the form can be found at the end of this page, however kindly take a few minutes to read through these instructions before filling in the form.
The registration fees, as well as fees for the study visit and the banquet, are listed in the table below. Lunch and coffee are included in the conference registration fees.
Rates for the Conference are given in Euro and they include VAT 0 % as the conference organisers have been exempted from VAT by the Finnish Tax Administration.

* Accompanying person registration includes Get-together on Sunday, September 1st, Tampere City Reception on Tuesday, September 3rd, access to poster area and coffee breaks during four days of conference (lunch not included).

Cancellation Policy
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of € 50,00 provided written notice of non-attendance (by letter or e-mail) is received by the Conference Office before August 5th, 2013. If cancellation is made after this date, no refund of fees can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
WORKSHOPS
The Student Workshop as well as the two post conference work shops Histopathology workshop on ‘Sensory systems’ and Parasites of freshwater mussels workshop on Saturday, 7th September have a limited number of participants and require pre-registration.
The participation to the post conference workshops should be paid in advance but those planning to participate in one of these two workshops should contact the organizer of the work shop and express their interest in advance, before registering to the conference. The persons to contact are:

Accommodation
Hotel accommodation can be booked through the on-line registration form. The organisers have pre booked hotel rooms in several price categories in Tampere for the duration of the conference to guarantee availability of accommodation for the participants. All room rates include VAT and breakfast (except Dream Hostel).
